Often learning the hard way, I’ll bring you a science based program to deliver you in peak condition on race day and
not make the mistakes I have in the past. With a passion for improving sustainable performance and movement efficiency will help you achieve your goals.
I have completed the Triathlon Australia Development program, Heart Rate Variability Foundations Course and currently going through the Triathlon Australia Performance Coaching Program and studying Exercise Science at UNE.
